Foolish Youth

Ah such foolish youth
desirous - no,
desperate
to find love,
to hook up,
to have sex
- mayhap too afraid
to seek sex
without the
covering disguise
of love, so-called,
- mayhap too afraid
to say ...
I'm happy
thanks,
being as I am,
not as
all society is
- or, perhaps,
as all society
seems.
