of yore,
when working
to support you
had driven me mad,
have come
with your return
- and
your lies ...
and I am
so very alone.

Workers! Unite for the Voice!

Workers of yore knew
those who sought together
did better than those
who bucked the tide.

May workers now
whether white or not
remember!

Workers of yore sought
a better deal for theirs
striving against the rich

May workers now
see the striving of others
- the First Peoples of this land,
against the wrongs done to them
by the rich and powerful
and realise others
are where they once were
and unite in the quest
to right a wrong.
